Hatebreed gave us their seventh studio album "The Concrete Confessional" last month and it racked up enough sales to debut at #13 on the Billboard Top 200.  The band has been on a 25 city tour and came to the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ on Saturday night June 4th.   Jersey represented by packing the Starland to what definitely looked like a sold out crowd.  Singer Jamey Jasta led off the Hatebreed set with "Destroy Everything" and played to the crowd as bassist  Chris Beattie, drummer Matt Byrne, and guitarists Frank Novinec and Wayne Lozinak absolutely crushed it musically.  Hatebreed displays so much intensity on stage and Jasta showed it with song two "Looking Down the Barrel of Today".  All night Jasta and the guys took the Sayreville fans through their entire career, from "Satisfaction is the Death of Desire" (performing "Empty Promises" and "Last Breath") through "The Concrete Confessional" (performing "Seven Enemies" in addition to "Looking Down the Barrel of Today").

Hatebreed pulled out hits new and old and gave the Saturday night crowd in New Jersey plenty to sing and crowd-surf to.  "Under the Knife", "A Call for Blood", "Tear it Down",  "I Will Be Heard", so much killer metal to bang your head to!!  Hatebreed continues their tour with Devildriver and Devil You Know until June 11th and catch them this September in Cali when they play Ozzfest Meets Knotfest.
